Georgia Pass

Georgia Pass

When I came back from hiking the Colorado Trail 2 years ago, I was bursting at the seams with inspiration. I had taken probably hundreds of photos to use as reference when I came back and spent the next 6 months or so painting non-stop. This painting of a random mountain from the view at the top of Georgia Pass was absolutely breathtaking - I stopped and ate lunch at the top until afternoon thunderstorms started to roll through and forced me back below the treeline. This painting has been printed with archival giclee inks and comes with recycled cardboard backing that I cut myself in my studio.
